You can put this solution on YOUR website!

y-7 = 8(x-14)

Get the equation in the form

  y = mx+b which has slope b and y-intercept (0,b).

y-7 = 8(x-14)
y-7 = 8x-112
  y = 8x-104

compare to

  y = mx+b

and we see that m = 8 = the slope.
