You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Rate of fast pump: 1.5%2Fx
Rate of slow pump: 1%2Fx
Rate of both pumps together: 1%2F6
Unit for rate is CONTAINERS%2FMINUTE.

1.5%2Fx%2B1%2Fx=1%2F6
Multiply both members by 6x.

9%2B6=x

x=15
