You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A.
sin^2 theta=(1-cos^2 theta)
This is a difference of squares and may be factored into (1+cos theta)(1-cos theta)
(1+cos theta)(1-cos theta)/1-cos theta=1+cos theta, because the (1- cos theta) cancel each other, so long as theta is not pi.
