You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If f(x)=a+bx,
what is f(x+k)-f(x)?

f(x+k) = a+b(x+k)
= a+bx+bk
f(x) = a+bx (<<< subtract this from line above)
—————————————————————
f(x+k)-f(x) = bk

Ans: +highlight%28f%28x%2Bk%29-f%28x%29+=+bk%29+

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f(x+k) = a +b(x+k) = a +bx +bk
:
f(x+k)-f(x) = a +bx +bk -a -bx = bk
