The perimeter would have a ratio of 10:4 and a sum of 14.
23 times the sum of 5:2 would be 161, 115:46 would be 161, but that isn't the perimeter but twice that, because there are two lengths and two widths.
Divide each of those by 2, and there is a length of 57.5 to a width of 23
57.5:23=115:46, those last two numbers being the total length and the total width, and that gives the right perimeter. The first two numbers 57.5 and 23 are the length and width, and that gives us the area.
The area is 57.5*23=1322.5 ft^2
