You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The diagonal of a square with side=a is +sqrt%28a%5E2+%2B+a%5E2%29+=+sqrt%282a%5E2%29+=+a%2Asqrt%282%29+
So given a diagonal of length 22, the sides are +highlight%2822%2Fsqrt%282%29%29+ or about 15.55635

If the diagonal of a square is 22, what is the length of the other two sides?
Let one side be S
Then we get: S%5E2+%2B+S%5E2+=+22%5E2
2S%5E2+=+22%5E2
matrix%281%2C3%2C+S%5E2+=+484%2F2%2C+or%2C+S%5E2+=+242%29
