The smallest share is 3%2F12=1%2F4 of the box.

If there are some b chocolates in the box, and %281%2F4%29b=25, then b=100, one hundred chocolates in the box.

The other shared chocolate quantities are
100%284%2F12%29 and 100%285%2F12%29
but they are not whole numbers!
