You can put this solution on YOUR website!
slope is -3-(-12)/(15-6)=9/9=1
point slope formula y-y1=m(x-x1), where m is the slope and (x1,y1) the coordinates
y-(-3)=1(x-15)
y+3=x-15
y=x-18

slope is %28-12-%28-3%29%29%2F%286-15%29=-9%2F%28-9%29=1.

Choosing point (6,-12) and using point-slope equation form,
y-%28-12%29=1%2A%28x-6%29

y%2B12=x-6

highlight%28y=x-18%29-------------in slope-intercept form.
