Question 1062627: Describe the changes in the graph corresponding to changes in a,b,c,d.
Function: +y+=+d+%2B+a+sin (+bx+-+c+)
I believe that +a+ serves as an amplitude while +2pi%2Fb+ is the period. (+c%2Fb+) is the horizontal shift and +d+ is the vertical shift.
What are the changes in the graph though? Thanks a lot.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
+d+ shifts the whole sine wave up or down
+a+ enlarges or shrinks the sine wave
+c+ shifts the sine wave to the right
+b+ determines the period
-------------------------------
Here's 3 cases ( without the other variables )
with +b+=+1%2F%282%2Api%29+. +b+=+2%2F%282%2Api%29+
and +b+=+3%2F%282%2Api%29+
-----------------------------------------

-----------------------------------------
Here's +c+=+pi%2F4+ and +b+=+1%2F%282%2Api%29+

Hope this helps
