What is written is a nonsense,

but happily I know what you mean:

     if log%283%2C4%29 = x and log%284%2C9%29 = y, find the value of xy.

The solution is:

1.  log%284%2C9%29 = 2%2Alog%284%2C3%29 = 2%2Flog%283%2C4%29 = 2%2Fx.

2.  Therefore,  xy = log%283%2C4%29.log%284%2C9%29 = x%2A%282%2Fx%29 = 2.

Answer.  The value is 2.
