y = (2/3)x - 3
3y = 2x - 9 ( multiplied both sides by 3)
-2x + 3y = -9 (subtracted 2x from both sides)
-2x + 3y + 9 = 0 (added 9 to both sides)
-2x + 3y + 9 = 0 is standard form of a straight line
