If there are 6 circles, each with one number, and the only yellow circles have the numbers 1 and 6,
the phrase "given that the circle is yellow" means that we can forget about the circles that are not yellow.
We only look at the circles with numbers 1, and 6.
If we are asked what is the probability that the number is greater than 4,
given that the circle is yellow,
the answer is 1%2F2 , because only 1 of the 2 yellow circles has a number greater than 4.
