You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x^2 + (x+7)^2 = (x+8)^2
2x^2 + 14x + 49 = x^2 + 16x + 64
x^2 - 2x - 15 = 0
(x-5)(x+3) = 0

x = 5 ==> sides of floor are 5 m and 12 m

Area = 5(12) = 60 m^2
