You can put this solution on YOUR website! You can't plot it on a line, you have to graph on the x-y plane.
First graph the line,

Now choose any point not on the line.
Test the inequality.
If true, shade the region containing the chosen point.
If false, shade the region not containing the chosen point.
Let's choose (1,1),



True, so shade the region containing (1,1)
