You can  put this solution on YOUR website! (0,0) is a solution to all 3 inequalities. 
If you substitute 0 for x, and for y, you get 
1) 0<(-3/3)*0+3 which simplifies to 0<0+3 and 0<3, 
2) 2*0+0<10, which simplifies to 0+0<10 and 0<10, and 
3) 0>-1, 
all of which are true.
