You can put this solution on YOUR website!
7 dance lessons are $82 and 11 lessons are $122, so 18 lessons are $204 total.
204/18=$11.33 per lesson.
4(11.33)=x
x=$45.33 for 4 lessons. ☺☺☺☺

How do you solve this problem. (The cost of 7 dance lessons is $82. The cost for 11 lessons is $122. Write and solve an equation to find the cost of 4 lessons.
Based on scenario, we have the following coordinate points: (7, 82) and (11, 122)
Slope of equation: matrix%281%2C5%2C+%28122+-+82%29%2F%2811+-+7%29%2C+or%2C+40%2F4%2C+or%2C+10%29
With slope of 10 and point, (7, 82), and slope-intercept form: equation, we get:
82 = 10(7) + b
82 = 70 + b
b = 82 - 70, or 12
Slope-intercept form, based on scenario: y = 10x + 12
y = 10(4) + 12 ------- Substituting 4 fro x
y = 40 + 12
y, or
