Question 1059413: Solve the equation by rewriting the exponential expression using the indicated logarithm.
60e^(−0.11t) = 10 using the natural log
t=
use your calculator to round t to three decimal points
t=
I set this up like lN(60e^(-0.11t))=lN(10) to cancel e out to get t by itself but I dont know how I would solve this.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
ln%2860%28e%5E%28-0.11t%29%29%29=ln%2810%29
Use your log rules,
ln%2860%29%2Bln%28e%5E%28-0.11t%29%29=ln%2810%29
-0.11t=ln%2810%29-ln%2860%29
t=%28ln%2860%29-ln%2810%29%29%2F0.11
highlight%28t=ln%286%29%2F0.11%29
