You can put this solution on YOUR website! If 8 men can paint one school in 15 days, then each man paints 1/8 x 1/15, or 1/120 of a school per day. 12 men working each day means 12/120ths of a school get done per day. It would take these men 120/12, or 10 days to finish the job. ☺☺☺☺
