8y-x=1 --> x = 8y - 1
-2x+16y=2

-2x+16y=2
Sub for x
-2*(8y-1) + 16y = 2
-16y + 2 + 16y = 2
2 = 2
-------------

The 2nd equation is -2 times the 1st.
1 equation, no unique solution.
