You can put this solution on YOUR website! It is not a polynomial function, because the definition of a polynomial function has non-negative integer powers of x.  If it is supposed to be a polynomial function, then what appears to be to me a square root of x^3 must be rewritten, for as it stands, it is x^3/2, which while x and x^(1/2) still doesn't fit the definition. Were it 3x^2+2x-9+4x^3 then it would be.
