So let's take the square root of 49 because it is the square of three add the second consecutive even integer
:

=7
:
then subtract three from 7 because it added three before
:
7-3 = 4

Now we know that 4 is the second one and so 4-2 and 4+2 are the other two numbers which are 2 and 6
