You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Slope is the change of y over the change in x. You can go in either direction, but you have to be consistent with both the y and the x
from (0,2) to (6,10), the change in y is 10-2=8. The change in x is 6-0=6
The slope is 8/6=4/3.
If you go the other way, the change in y is 2-10=-8. The change in x is 0-6=-6
The slope is -8/-6=4/3.
