Just tried looking at the data more carefully. Try making a graph and judge which way would seem best; either as linear or as quadratic. No clear slope when just checking the numeric data.

Now, just tried an online point plot tool at http://www.shodor.org/interactivate/activities/OrderedSimplePlot/
This looks like a scattering of points which would fit on a line, not perfectly, but you should be able to visually judge a good line to fit, and then form a linear equation from that.
The point at t=0 and at t=5 might give you your best line.
