I'm sorry I don't know how I can solve this in a simpler way, I just know how to do this using trigonometric functions.
The equation y=2%2F3x+%2B2 follows the form of a basic line y+=+mx+%2B+b, meaning, the slope of the line is 2%2F3
The tangent of the angle from the line to the x axis is equals to the slope of the same line. So let a be the angle from line y+=+2%2F3x+%2B+2 to the x-axis. So,
tan%28a%29+=+2%2F3
a+=+arctan%282%2F3%29
a is approximately 33.6 degrees.
