300+w mph to go 1800 miles takes (1800/(300+w) hours
The two times are equal
1200/(300-w)=1800/(300+w)
540000-1800w=360000+1200w

360 mph in 5 hours goes 1800 miles
240 mph in 5 hours goes 1200 miles
