The linear model is
y=117.07 x+5429, when x=1 is 1997. The coefficient of determination or R is 0.989
The quadratic model is -3.261x^2+143.16667x+5389.86
When I graph that, the maximum is at 6961.21 and does not ever surpass 7000.
