You can put this solution on YOUR website! Draw a picture of this. Let the p be the perimeter. That is the length of the molding needed. The two-inch mat around the "picture" does not matter in this exercise. Or, maybe it does matter. You would maybe need to cut off a right triangle on both sides of each of the four pieces. Yes. That's it.
Look at the outside perimeter.
p for outer perimeter, --------------this is how much molding.
You can put this solution on YOUR website! I'm not sure I understand. I think what you want is

1-st molding strip/mat of 2 inches wide AB: 14 + 2 = 16 inches along the first 14-inch side;
2-nd molding strip/mat of 2 inches wide CD: 11 + 2 = 13 inches along the next 11-inches side;
3-rd molding strip/mat of 2 inches wide EF: 14 + 2 = 16 inches along the second 14-inch side;
4-th molding strip/mat of 2 inches wide GH: 11 + 2 = 13 inches along the second 11-inches side.
16 + 13 + 16 + 13 = 58 inches.
