You can put this solution on YOUR website! What you have is in point-slope form, and what you need is transform into a format like y=mx+b. If you also want to find y-intercept, you will be able to directly see it from the slope-intercept form equation. The value, b.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! y-3=3(x+1)
add 3 to both sides and distribute on the right side
y=3x+3+3=3x+6
y=3x+6 is in slope intercept form. One y on the left, and some value of x + a constant on the right.
The 3 is the slope, the 6 is the y-intercept, meaning that the value is (0,6). It is the value of y when x=0, or on the y-axis.
Set x=0 and y=6
