Thus, if we
Let x=the smaller integer
then,
x+1=the larger integer.

Also,
x%2B1=13%2B2x
x%2B1-1=13-1%2B2x
x=2x%2B12
x-x=2x-x%2B12
0=x%2B12
0-12=x%2B12-12
x=-12
x%2B1=-12%2B1
x%2B1=-11

Therefore, the integers are -12 and -11.Note that they are COnSECUTIVE!
