You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let n be the amount of high quality coffee bean; then the amount of cheaper coffee beans is 200-n. So:
4.75n+2(200-n)=200(3.51)
2.75n+400=702
2.75n=302
n=109.82
200-n=90.18
You need 109.82 lbs. of high quality beans and 90.18 lbs. of cheap beans. ☺☺☺☺
