In one hour 1/22 of the pool can be filled and 1/33 of it can be emptied.
Every hour, then (1/22)-(1/33) of the pool is filled, or (33-22)/726=11/726, or 1/66 of the pool.
2/3 more of the pool needs to be filled.
This is (2/3)/1/66)=(132/3)=44 hours.
