You want this time to be less than or equal to +5.5+ hrs
+275%2Fs+%3C=+5.5+
+275+%3C=+5.5s+
+50+%3C=+s+
Write the other way around
+s+%3E=+50+
So, she has to travel at least 50 mi/hr
average speed to arrive on time
