You can put this solution on YOUR website! 1) Average and mean are the same thing, it's where you add together all of the numbers in a set and then divide the sum by the total count of numbers.
2) If you have 256 apartments and you want 2 parking places for each you don't need statistics, 256*2 = 512 parking places
