The straight forward approach is to fill the wine glass with water and then pour it into a graduated cylinder.

you can take a triple integral in polar co-ordinates or perhaps, simplify it down to a 2 dimensional problem

Look on the box it came in.

If you know the equation of the glass it can be calculated.

Use a scale and get the difference between the weight full of water and empty.
Water is 1 gm/cc.

Drink a few glasses, then you won't care.
