In farmer Jack's field, it takes ten cows twenty days to eat all the grass
10*20 = 200 cowdays to eat all the grass
If fifteen cows are in the field, the grass will be gone in ten days.
15*10 = 150 cowdays
This tells us there is not a linear relationship between cows and days

let d = no. of days to eat all the grass
25d = 200
d = 200/25
d = 8 days
or
25d = 150
d = 150/25
d = 6 days
So let's strike an average and say 25 cows will eat all the grass in 7 days
