Question 104978: Determine which two equations represent parallel lines.
(a) y = 9x – 7 (b) y = –9x + 7 (c) y = 9x + 3 (d) y = -1/9x – 7
I have no idea even how to begin to figure this out. (the above is a fraction)
I put this on before but did not understand the answer. Sorry I am not so good at math.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
a & c are parallel lines because they have the same slope (m=9).
the line formula is Y=mX+b
