Here's one exactly like yours.  Use it as a guide.

Factor

4a+24+ab+6b

Factor the first two terms by factoring out 4

4(a+6)+ab+6b

Factor the last two terms by factoring out b

4(a+6)+b(a+6)

Now there is an (a+b) in each part:

We factor out the (a+b) and have 4 and +b left

(a+b)(4+b)

Now do yours the exact same way.
