You can put this solution on YOUR website!

I don't think you copied that right
because it contains 2^2. You are way beyond
learning how to square 2 and get 4. Your
teacher or a book author would not be wasting
time at this stage in algebra testing you on
whether you know how to square 2 and get 4.
They would have written 4, not 2^2.

Besides, it does not simplify very much even
when putting 4 where the 2^2 is. You can tell
me what it should have been in the thank-you
note form below if you like.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
%28x%5E2%2By%5E2-2%5E2%2B2xy%29+%2F+%28x%5E2-y%5E2-2%5E2-2xy%29
cancel both x%5E2 and both -2%5E2
%28y%5E2%2B2xy%29%2F%28-y%5E2-2xy%29
now take - common in the denominator
%28+y%5E2+%2B+2xy+%29+%2F+%28-%28+y%5E2+%2B+2xy+%29%29+
-%28y%5E2%2B2xy%29%2F%28y%5E2%2B2xy%29
cancel both y%5E2 and both 2xy
-1%2F1
answer is -1

The "solution" by "hussamuddin" is wrong.

It is not a solution.
