You can try to isolate one variable in terms of the other.
AB=6B%2B6A
AB-6A=6B
A%28B-6%29=6B
A=%286B%29%2F%28B-6%29, and say y=A and x=B.

Maybe more than one solution, but B=2, A=-3 seems to be one.
