2. Interval, because the distance between 200 and 210 is the same as 300 and 310, but there is an artificial bound to the top and bottom.
3. This is ratio--this can be measured in tons or any other unit with a defined 0 and no upward bound.
4. Ratings are ordinal. Two stars is better than 1, but it is not twice as better.
