The only way the tens digit can be 9 more than the ones digit is if the ones digit is 0.
.
So:
Hundreds digit=2
Tens digit=9
Units digit=0
.
Your number is 290

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
my number has 2 hundreds:2xx

since digits go from 0 to 9, and the ten digit 9 more than the ones digit, means the ten digit is 9 and the ones digit is 0
so,
my number is 290
