Expand and then simplify.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I am only showing some work for question "a".
Learn to use pure text to show arithmetical or algebraic expressions, and enclose each in the triple-curly-braces rendering tags.

(a)

()(), will show multiplication between two expressions, but nothing yet placed in these parentheses;

(()/())(()/()), will show two rational expressions being multiplied, but still, nothing yet placed in the parentheses.

((x-y)/(sqrt(x)-sqrt(y)))((sqrt(x)+sqrt(y))/(sqrt(x)+sqrt(y))), this shows the full expression, and is obviously difficult to read using your viewing on the page.

Putting that entire expression between left triple braces, and right triple braces, will "render" the expression in a better appearance, nearly as well as but sometimes still not as good as what you would write on paper:

STEPS TO SIMPLIFY

Use the fraction skills you already learned, and recognize the part which gives Difference Of Two Squares.

%28x%2Asqrt%28x%29-y%2Asqrt%28x%29%2Bx%2Asqrt%28y%29-y%2Asqrt%28y%29%29%2F%28x-y%29
but having done the multiplications in the numerator did not seem to be very helpful. Let's take that part back a step:
