Question 1047760: opps I forgot to put the link for the diagram on my other question!!
here it is: http://imgur.com/a/xAcxE sorry.
here's the question I asked: Is there any way to prove if a line is tangent to a circle without using the radius of the circle?
For example, in this question I'm trying to show that the line DO is tangent to the circle in red. I don't know the centre of the circle, so I can't use the radius to show that it is perpendicular. I know that OAE=AEO=EDG=x and I don't know where to go from there... could you please help me.
Thanks!
