Do what you would do for ordinary fractions. Identify simplest common denominator and raise both summed rational expressions to higher terms as necessary. Continue from that.

Denominator of the first rational expression is p-7%29%28p%2B7%29.
Denominator of the second rational expression is %28p%2B3%29%28p%2B7%29.
