You can put this solution on YOUR website! Hello! That would be b, because to get the total number of cans you should multiply the rows and the number of cans in one row.
 If that's the case, you can say that what the first grocer saw was 4*6 and the second grocer saw 6*4. That would mean that 4*6=6*4. And if that was represented by the variables a and b, It will mean that a*b=b*a or ab=ba, which is letter b.
