Question 1046539: Hi.
I have a roll of clear plastic pallet wrapping film with the following criteria :
Total roll weight - 14.58 kilogram
Inner core weight - 1.554 kilogram
Film weight - 13.026 kilograms (total roll weight less core weight)
Film width - 500mm
Film Thickness - 17 microns
How can I work out the true linear length of the film without unrolling it, as the unrolling process will stretch the film and give a false measurement?
And is the same calculation used for different micron thicknesses?
Thank You

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
============
More info is needed.
If you have the density, the length can be calculated.
-----
Or, the inside and outside diameter of the roll.
