The equation form is y = mx + b
You need to find "m" and "b".

m = slope = [10-7]/[6-8] = -3/2

Substitute m, x, and y into y=mx+b to find "b":
10 = (-3/2)(6)+b
10 = -9 + b
b = 19

EQUATION:
y = (-3/2)x + 19
