You can put this solution on YOUR website! m =
  (-3,-1)
 ( 1, -3) m = 2/-4 = 1/-2 = 3/-6 or P(-3,8) which is back 6 & up 3 from P(3.5)
 (1,-3),
 (3,5), m = -8/-2 = 4 = 8/2 or P(-1,7) which is up 2 & up 8 from P( -3,-1)
 P(-1,7) the fourth vertex
Using graph paper one could also sketch the green lines to fing the fouth vertes P(-1,7)

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Please note that, if you give any three vertices of a quadrilateral (in particular a parallelogram), then they will always be "consecutive".
With that said, there would be three possible 4th vertices,
 namely (-1, 7), (7,3), and (-5, -9).
