You can put this solution on YOUR website! She left (1/4)+(1/6) of her savings, and that sum is 5/12, using a common denominator of 12 to add the two.
(5/12) of her savings were $50,000
Multiply that by (12/5) and her whole savings were $50,000*(12/5)=$120,000
Check
1/4 of it is $30,000
1/6 of it is $20,000
That sums to $50,000
