How do i answer 4x + 3y=13
2x - 7y= 15 
4x + 3y = 13 ------- eq (i)

2x - 7y = 15 ------- eq (ii)

- 4x + 14y = - 30 ------- Multiplying eq (ii) by - 2 ------- eq (iii)

17y = - 17 ------- Adding eqs (iii) and (i)
